摘要
以国家抓粮食安全、生态安全、食品安全和农业的可持续发展为形势背景,结合对现行水稻生产结构调整的实际与标准体系研究,就当前各级政府和稻米产业及百姓普遍关注的有机、绿色、无公害食品大米的生产发展现状进行了概述,分析了三类大米在质量安全生产控制上的主要异同点,阐述了今后的生产发展策略及需注重解决的技术关键点问题。
Under the situations of cereal, ecology and food safety as well as agricultural sustainable development, which are directly controlled by the State, the present status of production development for organic, green and nuisance-free rice, to which the governments of all levels, rice industries and common people all over pay special attention currently were overviewed in combination with the praxis of existing rice production structure adjustment and the study on standard system. The main points of similarity and difference in the respect of quality and production control over three classed of rice were analyzed. The future production development strategy and technical key problems, which are to be solved emphatically, described.
