饲粮脂肪对猪肉品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 饲粮中添加脂肪可以调控猪胴体脂肪的构成,影响猪肉品质。综述了饲粮脂肪类型与猪体脂肪类型的关系以及添加鱼油、共轭亚油酸、饱和油脂或氢化油脂等不同脂类对猪肉品质影响的研究情况,为其今后合理地利用及进一步改善猪肉品质提供参考。
