高速公路大面积振动沉管桩质量问题处理及沉降监测分析

摘要 申苏浙皖高速公路浙江段一期工程采用沉管灌注桩替代预应力管桩,以便大幅降低造价。针对大面积施打沉管桩后出现的质量问题,及时采取一些措施来降低不合格率及其影响。由对沉管桩路段沉降监测的分析可知,路堤堆载后沉降较快地趋于稳定,可以达到路基施工稳定和工后沉降要求。 The tube-sinking cast-in-situ piles are applied instead of prestre ssing tube piles in the first-stage construction of Zhejiang province′s part of Shen-su-zhe-wan expressway,in order to reduce cost largely. This paper introduc es the quality problem during driving the piles in large scale,and applies some measures on solving the problem. From the settlement supervising results,the emb ankments upper the piles are prone to stability in not a long time,which satisfi es the demands of embankment construction.
