杏丁注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛病人的疗效观察

Efficacy of Therapy with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Diphyridamole Injection for Stable Angina Pectoris

目的 评价杏丁联合用药在稳定型心绞痛治疗中的临床价值。方法 选择经冠状动脉造影确诊为稳定型心绞痛6 6例病人,随机分为观察组及对照组各33例。观察组在给予基础治疗的同时,联合应用杏丁每日2 5mL ,静脉输注,1 5d为1个疗程。对照组给予基础治疗。观察试验前后临床情况、活动平板试验及血液流变学指标变化,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 实验后,每周心绞痛发作次数及硝酸甘油片消耗量减少(P <0 .0 1 ) ;心绞痛发作所需时间、运动持续时间、总工作量明显增加。结论 杏丁注射液能够改善稳定型心绞痛病人的心肌缺血状态及血液流变学指标。

Objective To evaluate the effects of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and diphyridamole injection on patients with stable angina.Methods 66 patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into therapy group(n=33)and controlled group (n=33).The patients in therapy group were given Ginkgo Leaf Extract and diphyridamole injection,25 mL/d,for 15 days.In the parameters of clinical condition, Treadmill exercise testing and blood rheology were observed before and after the therapy and the data were analyzed.Results There are no differences between therapy group and controlled group in improvement of angina, myocardial ischemia and blood rheology (P>0.05). The weekly frequency of angina pectoris attack consumption of Nitroglycerin Tablets were less in patients of therapy group than that in control group(P<0.01). The time for inducing angina by exercise,time for inducing 0.1 mV ST segment depression by exercise, the total exercise time were prolonged and work load were significantly increased in therapy group(P<0.001).Conclusion Essential treatment for coronary artery disease combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and diphyridamole injection can improve myocardial ischemia and the impaired blood rheology in patients with stable angina.
