摘要
目的 研究Langendorff离体鼠心灌注模型中球囊导管对离体心脏血流动力学的影响。方法 将健康SD大鼠随机分为4组:A组为缺血再灌注组、B组为左心引流组、C组为药物干预组、D组为对照组,每组1 0只。建立改良Lan gendorff离体鼠心灌注模型,将大鼠离体心脏置于模型中,A组进行缺血再灌注操作,B组做左心引流效应的干预,C组进行腺苷处理,D组不进行任何干预处理。记录干预前、处理后5min、1 0min、2 0min、30min、6 0min时心功能指标(LVEDP、LVESP、LVDP ,±dp/dtmax)。结果 各组的血流动力学都有异常,各处理组的心肌收缩能力和舒张能力相对于对照组减弱或者加强,但收缩能力和舒张能力的改变不对称。结论 球囊导管使血流动力学曲线的上升支变缓,下降支变陡,对实验数据的准确判断有一定影响。
Objective The purpose of this study is to assess the effects of balloon catheter in langendorff on the hemodynamics of rathearts in vitro.Methods To SD rats were divided into 4 groups randomly:group A (ischemic-reperfusion), B (venting on left ventricular),C (adenosine) and D(control).All samples hearts were switched into improved Langendorff mode.Observe the indexes of myocardial contractility.Results Each group changed myocardial contractility and relaxation (±dp/dt max ) as compared with control group during ischemic and reperfusion period (P<0.05),but the contractility and relaxation change of isa dissymmetry.Conclusion This experiment shows that balloon catheter can delay the upslope of the homodynamic curve and increase the decent.This phenomenon suggests that balloon catheter maybe interfere the experiment conclusion in some extent.
