摘要
分插机构是插秧机的核心工作部件,其性能决定插秧机插秧质量、工作可靠性和栽插秧频率,也是插秧机作业时重要的振动源。为此,通过对分插机构的动力学分析,得出需测试的动力学参数,设计出具有测试分插机构运动学和动力学参数的试验台,并对试验台的通用性和测量电路进行了阐述。
After the dynamics characteristics of transplanting mechanism were simply analyzed,we could know these kinetic parameter that need to be tested .We designed a testing desk that can measure these parameters of kinematics and dynamics .The currency of the testing desk and the circuit of measuring are explained in the paper.
