摘要
高速离心鼓风机是冶炼烟气制酸系统的关键设备。柳州锌品集团硫酸厂的离心鼓风机在使用过程中先后出现了轴瓦温度高、滤网烂、油冷却器渗漏等问题。为此,介绍了解决这些问题所采取的措施,总结了使用和检修过程中所积累的一些经验和技巧,对今后的生产实践具有重要的参考意义。
High speed centrifugal blowers are key equipment in sulfuric acid production system with waste gases from zinc metallurgy. There are two centrifugal blowers in the sulphuric acid plant of LIUZHOU ZINC-PRODUCTS GROUP. During the course of their moving ,a series of problems occurred. In this article,we have not only analyzed and solved the problems,but also generalized some skills of use and repair.
