摘要
原代早幼粒白血病(APL)细胞在体外增殖试验中,rhG-CSF或rhTNF均呈现增殖抑制作用,rhGM-CSF或IL-6无明显抑制其增殖作用,且在一定浓度范围内呈增殖促进作用,本试验浓度条件下,单独ATRA对原代APL细胞表现为对增殖有抑制作用,对正常造血细胞无明显增殖促进或抑制作用,较低浓度ATRA合并上述4种因子对原代APL细胞都表现为增殖抑制作用,其中rhGM-CSF或IL-6合并ATRA比单独ATRA对APL细胞增殖的抑制作用小。
he results showed that proliferation of primary acute
promyelocytic leukemia(APL)cellscould be inhibited by rhG-CSF or
rhTNF.Inhibition of proliferation was not achieved in experi-ment of
rhGM-CSF or IL-6 on primary APL cells,at some density they could
promote prolifera-tion of APL cells,ATRA alone could inhibit
proliferation of primary APL cells under this exper-iment conditions,
It was also observed that ATRA alone didn′t obviously inhibit or
promotegrowth of normal hematopoietic cells. The results suggested
that hyperleukocytosis couldn′t con-tribute to direct effect of ATRA
in vitro,the mechanism of the hyperleukocytosis needs shouldbe
further detected.
