摘要
用皮质酮(CorticosteroneCORT)造成大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺-胸腺轴(HPAT)抑制模型,观察右归饮的调节作用。结果表明:模型大鼠HPAT轴从功能到形态出现抑制,血浆CORT、ACTH降低,脾细胞减少,淋巴细胞增殖反应减弱;室旁核CRF神经元及正中隆起CRF神经纤维、垂体前叶ACTH细胞等免疫组化染色明显变淡,数量变少,肾上腺、胸腺萎缩。200%右归饮灌胃(10g/kg体重)可以有效保护CORT对HPAT轴的抑制。文章对其可能作用机理作了初步分析。

experimental model of the
Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal-Thymus(HPAT)axis ofrats inhibited by
corticosterone(CORT) was established and then we observed the
regulation ofYOU GUI YIN(YG)on the HPATaxis inhibited by CORT. the
results showed that both thefunction and the morphology of the HPAT
axis were inhibited significantly.The contents ofCORT and ACTH in
plasma decreased,the lymphocytes in spleen decreased and its
proliferativereaction diminished. Analysed by immunohistochemistry,we
observed that the numbers of CRFneurocytes in paravei1tricular
nucleus.CRF neurofibril in median eminence and anterior pituitaryACTH
secreatocytes decreased,and all of their immunohistochemistry
staining became fadercompared with the control group. We also
observed that there were atrophy in adrenal and thy-mus. After
administered 200%YG(10g/kg)to the experiment group,it was found that
YG an-tagonised the inhibition of the HPAT axis caused by CORT
effectively. The probable mecha-nism of YG have been discussed in
this paper.
