泌尿系统“起搏样细胞”研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 ICC(interstitialcellsofCajal)细胞具有独特和多变的形态学特征,在消化道平滑肌自发性蠕动收缩的产生中具有重要的起搏作用,而目前在泌尿系统的多个部位也发现ICC标志阳性且形态类似的细胞。泌尿系统中尿液由上尿路向膀胱的输送,需要肾盂、输尿管的蠕动作为动力,而逼尿肌也具有自发的肌源性活动,这就提出了泌尿系统平滑肌是否具有自发起搏功能的疑问。本文综述了ICC细胞的特性及类似细胞在泌尿系统中的研究进展。
