摘要
目前有关高水平女子短跨运动项目身体机能评定的方法和标准研究报道少见。本实验根据女子短跨运动项目供能特点,以广东省体训队女子短跨组6名高水平运动员为研究对象,在夏训前、后期对运动员无氧代谢能力进行了两次相同负荷、相同运动方式的磷酸能原商法(AQ)和乳酸能原商法(LQ)测试,同时测定血样中各常规指标:血红蛋白(Hb)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BUN)、血液总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(A)、球蛋白(G)、β2 -微球蛋白(β2 -mg) ,血浆激素指标:血睾酮(T)、皮质醇(Cor)、醛固酮(Ald) ,综合评定运动员的机体代谢能力的改善与否及专项的项目适应性。结果显示:第二次测试的AQ值较第一次提高了12.7% ,LQ值较第一次下降了32.1 % ,表明机体ATP -CP系统能源储备和供能能力增强,到夏训后期,运动员对本专项产生了良好的项目适应性;血液指标的变化显示在短时间极大强度运动后,常规指标变化不明显(P(0.05) ,T、T/Cor值在短时间大强度运动后有下降趋势,Cor、Ald在运动后都有上升,推测血液激素浓度变化与运动强度相关。本实验结果表明AQ和LQ测试是评定高水平女子短跨运动员无氧代谢能力,供能能力强弱的良好方法,通过AQ、LQ值的大小变化可评定运动专项的项目适应性,同时可测定运动前后心率、血压、血乳酸、血液中Hb、CK、TP、T、
there are few reports on the function evaluation for high-level female hurdle sprinter.This research was based on6high-level female hurdle and sprint from the Guangdong Sport Team,Basing on the features of material and energy metabolism of female hurdle sprinter,making AQ test and LQ test twice under the same state for the ath-lete's ability of anaerobic metabolism during the second and third stage in summer training,evaluating improvement and adaptability the athletes made during metabolizing.Recording the testing data(hemoglobin,creatine kinase,BUN,total protein,albumin,β2-micgloblem protein,testosterone,corticoids,T/Cor,aldosterone)under the same state for blood.The result of AQ and LQ showed:Athletes have got good applicability.the AQ of second was higher than the first one,it proofed reserve and ability of ATP-CP enlarge.The test of blood showed:after a little-time and high intensity exercise,the change of blood rule index was not clear,T and T/Cor descend a little,corticoid and aldosterone ascent,suggesting changes of blood hormone concentration be mutually related against move-ment intensity.The result prompting AQ and LQ were good methods in evaluating high-level athlete's ability in anaerobic metabolism and supplement.With changes of ratio in AQ and LQ,feasibility of special training was decid-ed.Then heart rate,blood pressure,blood lactic acid,hemoglobin,creatine kinase,total protein,albumin,testos-terone,corticoids,T/Cor,aldosterone in blood were judged could be analyzed.
