摘要
通过对高水平健美操运动员发生运动损伤进行调查研究,分析健美操运动中易出现的损伤类别,较易受伤的部位,以及运动中产生损伤的原因,及时总结经验、教训,掌握运动损伤发生的规律,做好预防工作就能最大限度的减少或避免运动损伤,从而保证训练和比赛的正常进行。
In order to keep the training and the match on their rails,The paper investigates the sports injury of the excellent aerobics athletes,analyze the course of aerobics sports,the position of vulnerability,as well as the reason of the injury,sum up the experience,lessons,hold the rule of it,to reduce or avoid the injury on the maximum.
