摘要
预应力混凝土连续板火灾试验构件尺寸为12.6m×1.5m×0.12m,纵向弯曲刚度较小,试件的吊装非常关键.采用简化的计算模型,分析了索的最优吊装角度,考虑了索的非线性因素,最后采用刚性支承连续梁法,顺利地解决了试验过程中遇到的难题,是行之有效的.
The size of the unbonded prestressed concrete continuous slab is 12.6m×1.5m×0.12m,and its longitudinal bending rigidity is small, so the hoisting of the component is very critical. To solve such problems, a simple model had been set up. Then the optimal angel for hoisting is deduced. After that, the effect of the nonlinear factors of the wire is considered. In the end, the method of continuous girder with rigidity support is applied to decide the internal force of wire. The test proved that the method adopted is efficient.
