底层框架-抗震墙砖房的抗震措施探讨

On the Protective Measures of Earthquake Resistance of Rock-bottom Frame and Anti-seismic Wall Brick House

未经抗震设防,或虽作抗震设防但设计不符合规范要求的底层框架多层砖房,在结构体系、底层墙体的布置和抗震构造措施方面均存在许多问题,致使这类房屋的抗震性能相对比较差。文中分析了底层框架-抗震墙砖房震害特点及原因,并结合历次震害资料及设计实践,对这类结构的抗震设计进行了探讨。

The traits of earthquake resistance about rock-bottom frame and anti-seismic wall brick house are presented in this paper. Combined with its past earthquake disaster data and design experience, the anti-seismic design is also discussed.
