摘要
本文试图以商务英语教学中的核心--教师为切入点,通过对教师角色及相关问题的探讨,提出了在商务英语教学中采用双教师教学模式的设想,并讨论了课堂教学活动的几种可能的具体组织形式和实施这一教学模式的优势.
By analyzing the current situation of teac hing of English for Business Purpose (EBP) in most Chinese colleges and universities, this article proposes a dual-teacher team teaching approach that is supposed to be devel oped in EB P courses. It gives a general description of this academic experience in which t wo teachers (the subject teacher and language teacher) work together in designin g and teaching a BE (Business English) course or BCE (Business Course in English ), discussing various possible formats that can be employed in this collaborativ e teaching with the aim of increasing and enhancing the in-class interactions w hile maintaining a beneficial division of responsibility for lecture material and pre sentations.
