摘要
从大群卡拉库尔羊(以下简称卡羊)中选择公羊羔18只,自由采食中棉35号大陆棉棉壳饲料,利用半自动生化分析仪测定血液生化指标。结果表明:与绵羊临床正常生化指标相比,卡羊的总蛋白、碱性磷酸酶测定值偏高;白蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、谷丙转氨酶测定值偏低;其它指标都在正常值范围内。
With semiautomatic biochemistry analyzer, we detected the blood biochemistry index of the 18 karakul Rams, which were fed with No. 35 cottonseed hull freely. Results showed that TP, ALP were higher than that of normal value but ALB, LDL, ALT were lower, the other indexes were the same as sheep.
