5%吡氯乳油防治棉花蚜虫药效试验

Effect of 5% Imidacloprid EC Control Cotton Aphid in Field

对5%吡氯乳油防治棉蚜的药效进行了研究.结果表明,5%吡氯乳油60ml/亩在施药后1d、3d、7d、14d的防效分别为70.9%、73.2%、70.1%、84.4%, 45ml/亩在施药后1d、3d、7d、14d的防效分别为74.3%、68.8%、74.7%、85.8%,30ml/亩在施药后1d、3d、7d、14d的防效分别为70.3%、78.1%、58.4%、70.4%.5%吡氯乳油对棉蚜有较好的防治效果,持效期长达14d以上,建议田间施用剂量为30～45ml/亩.

The results of the field pesticide exeperiment shows that control efficacies of the first day,third day,seventh day and fourteenth day after treating cotton with 5% imidaclopride 60ml,45ml and 30ml per 0.0667 hectare respectively, were 70.9%,73.2%,70.1%,84.4%,74.5%,68.8%,74.7%,85.8%,70.3%,78.1%,58.4% and 70.4% .It is a good pesticide to control cotton aphid. For cotton field, the dosage of using 5% Imidacloprid against cotton aphid 30~45ml per 0.0667 hectar is recommended.
