Disscussion on Laboratory Management in Comprehent Universitiess

结合我校实验室管理改革的经验,就综合性高等院校的实验室管理模式、实验室人员管理、仪器和试剂管理以及实验室经费管理等几个方面总结经验,并提出改革方法。

Combining with the experience of managing reform in the laboratory of our university, the authors have summarized some experience and proposed some reforming methods in the laboratory managing mode of comprehensive universities, the personnel management of the laboratory, instrument, reagent management and the laboratory funds supervision, etc.
