摘要
在AutoCAD设计软件与ANSYS工程分析系统异地协同的基础上,开展零部件优化分析的异地协同.AutoCAD设计的零部件经由局域网或互联网,传输至安装有ANSYS系统的微机终端,ANSYS系统对所传数据进行识别和转换后重建参数化模型并开展优化设计研究.优化结果及时反馈给AutoCAD终端的设计一方,如需进一步优化,可重复上述过程.本文针对汽车传动轴和齿轮轴的协同优化设计研究为实现设计与优化的异地网络化协同进行了成功尝试.
Based on the distributed collaboration of AutoCAD-Design and ANSYS-Analysis, the optimum design with distributed collaboration is developed. Respectively, a transmission shaft and a gear shaft are designed in a computer terminal by AutoCAD and then are transmitted via LAN or Internet to another terminal installed with the ANSYS system. After the identification and transformation of the received data, ANSYS rebuilds parametric models, carries out the optimum-design analysis, and transmits back the optimum results for review and possible improvement. If necessary, the procedure of transmitting back and forth can be repeated many times. The collaborative optimums right for a transmission shaft and a gear shaft in this paper provide successful examples for the realization of network-based distributed collaboration of design and optimum-analysis.
