煤水分含量对煤吸氧量与放热量影响的测定 被引量:51

摘要 应用TA2000/MDSC2901型差示扫描量仪进行了煤的含水量对吸氧量与放热量影响的研究.研究表明,煤中的含水量与煤的总吸氧量、放热量之间关系较复杂;在煤的低含水量段与含水量较高段各有一个总吸氧量与放热量较大的峰值点,且两峰值所对应的含水量基本一致.这说明干煤与较湿煤都易自燃,因此,用水防治煤炭自燃时,应保持煤有很高的湿度,否则有可能加速煤的自燃. TA2000/MDSC2901 differential scanning apparatus was used to study the effect of contained moisture content of coal to the absorbed oxygen and released heat. Through study, it was found that contained moisture content has complex relation with the total absorbed oxygen and released heat. And it was also found that there are the maximum values of the total absorbed oxygen and released heat at the low contained moisture and a little high contained moisture content respectively. The contained moisture content according to the maximum of two values is mostly consistent. It was proved that dry coal and humid coal are both easy in spontaneous combustion. Therefore, during using water to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal, it is necessary to keep high moisture content of coal, otherwise it may accelerate the rate of spontaneous combustion of coal.
