酪氨酸激酶类癌基因与胚胎发育和着床的关系

摘要 蛋白酪氨酸激酶(proteintyrosinekinases,PTKs)类癌基因在胚胎和妊娠期的子宫内膜有不同的表达。其表达产物通过受体或非受体酪氨酸激酶的活性,参与信号传导,在胚胎发育和着床过程中发挥作用。PTKs可受类固醇激素、生长因子、胚胎本身和一些化学因子的调控。对PTKs类癌基因在胚胎和妊娠期子宫内膜的不同表达的研究,可为不孕症的防治和辅助生殖技术提供理论基础。
