摘要
含磷化学物质的普遍使用以及目前很低的污水处理率,导致含磷废水大量排放,水体富营养化和水污染日益严重。采用合成的13X沸石,作为一种新型磷吸附剂,研究其在不同吸附时间、水体pH值、沸石用量和振荡速度等条件下对水体中磷的吸附规律。研究表明,该沸石作为废水除磷吸附剂具有很好的发展前景。
13X zeolite molecule sieve synthesized from natural alkaline rocks was used to absorb phosphate, in waste water in this study by ion exchange and absorption experiments. The experimental results showed that the efficiency of 13X zeolite as an agent of capturing phosphates was as high as 99%, and concentration of phosphates in the so-purified water was less than 0.15mg/L, substantially below 1.0mg/L stipulated by the China national waster water discharge standard GB8978. The absorption capacity of 13X zeo-lite on phosphates was up to 5.181mg/g, given the initial phosphates concentration being 20mg/L in the waster water. The mechanism for adsorption of 13X zeolite on phosphates was suggested to be general physical absorption.
