摘要 研究了Na3PO·412H2O微波脱水新工艺,与常规热风干燥工艺相比较,微波干燥20min的脱水效果与120℃热风干燥120min的效果相当,同时测定了Na3PO4·12H2O在微波场中的升温性能。 The new technology of microwave dehydration of hydrated sodium phosphate has been investigated. Compared with the traditional hot-air drying process, the dehydration effect by microwave drying in 20 min is equal to that by hot-air drying at 120 ℃ in 120 min. The temperature rising behavior of hydrated sodium phosphate in microwave field has been also determined.
