摘要
本文系统深入地介绍了现有远程备份系统的体系结构、模型和算法,讨论了每种模型和算法的适应范围及优点,分析了存在的缺陷和问题。在此基础上,提出了优化o2-safe算法。该算法在保证系统完整性和一致性的前提下,充分挖掘事务间的并发执行性,增加了事务处理的吞吐量。最后,讨论了用于灾难恢复的远程备份技术的发展趋势。
A comprehensive survey on the architectures, models and algorithms oi remote backup systems is given, the advantages and applicable range of these models and algorithms are discussed respectively, the shortcomings and problems which exist are also analysed. Based on these, we present an optimized o2-safe algorithm, which sufficiently exploits parallelism between transactions and achieves high throughput without risking the loss of transactions in case of primary failures. Finally, the future trend of remote backup for disaster recovery is discussed.
