摘要
贡蕉吸芽球茎茎尖外植体在MS+6-BA4 0mg/L+NAA0 1mg/L培养基上培养20d后产生幼芽; 丛生芽增殖培养基为MS+6 -BA3 0mg/L+NAA0 1mg/L, 增殖率2 95倍; 待幼芽长至3cm时转至生根培养基1 /2MS+NAA1mg/L培养20d后生根率达100%。
The bud explants from Gong Jiao can be induced on medium of MS+6-BA3.0mg/l+NAA0.1mg/l for 20 days. Proliferation medium was MS+6-BA3.0mg/l+NAA0.1mg/l. The reproduction rate was more than 2.95.Transferred the buds with 3cm high into the root induction medium(1/2MS+NAA1mg/l) for 20 days .The root regeneration frequency was equal to 100%.
