摘要
以水为溶剂,选择不同配比和用量的丙烯酸(AA)和马来酸酐(MA)作为聚合单体,在30%H2O2的引发下共聚成络合分散剂.讨论了引发温度、反应温度、反应时间、pH值、双氧水用量等对其性能的影响.结果表明:当引发剂的用量为单体总质量的10%、n(MA)∶n(AA)的量比为1∶3、反应时间为120min、反应温度为95℃时合成的聚合物的络合分散性能最好.
Acrylic acid (AA) and maleic anhydride (MA) were used as monomers to synthesize the complex- ing-dispersing agent at different monomer ratios and with 30% H2O2 as the initiator. The influence of initiation temp., reaction temp., reaction time., pH value, H2O2 dosage etc. on the product performance was studied. It was shown that the best complexing-dispersing performance could be obtained under the conditions of initiator amt. at 10% of the total wt of the monomers, MA∶AA mol. ratio 1∶3, reaction time 120 min, and reaction temp. 95 ℃.
