摘要 通过对氟系三防整理剂OleophobolC与低甲醛免烫树脂的配合应用,对梭织物的三防与免烫整理加工进行了研究,运用正交试验的方法,选择出适宜的三防免烫一步法整理工艺及条件(组分用量、pH值、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等);并在此基础上进一步研究免烫整理组合中各组分对织物三防整理效果的影响和三防助剂对免烫效果及织物强力的影响,优选出了相应的工艺组成,最终得出了兼顾各项要求的最佳工艺条件,使织物达到防水、防油、防污、防皱的“四防”整理效果,并进行了具体的生产实践和总结. The 3 proofing and easy-care finishing processes of the woven fabrics were researched by the compounded applications of the fluorine-series triple proofing finishing agent Oleophobol C with low-formaldehyde easy-care resin. The processes and conditions suitable for the triple proofing plus easy-care one-step finishing (component concns., pH values, curing temps. and time etc.) were selected by orthogonal experiments. Further researches were carried out on this basis for the influence of the finishing compn. components of easy-care finishing on the triple finishing results, and the influence of the triple proofing auxiliaries on the easy-care results and strength of the fabrics. The optimized technology taking account of all the requirements gave the fabrics with 4 proofing effects (water-, oil-, dirt- and crease-proofing effects). The practical production and the conclusion were made.
