摘要 棉纤维上的果胶质对棉织物的吸水性和染色性能影响较大.为增加果胶质去除效果,选择不同种类的螯合剂(包括聚磷酸盐类、有机膦酸盐和多羧酸类)在不同质量浓度、温度条件下对棉织物浸渍处理,并对果胶质去除率作了测定.结果表明,多羧酸类鏊合剂中的乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)对果胶质去除效果较好,EDTA与果胶酶组合应用时,棉织物的果胶质去除率超过90%. The pectin on the cotton fabrics affects markedly the water absorption and dyeing properties of the cotton fabrics. Different kinds of the chelating agents, including polyphosphoric acids, org. phosphonates and polycarboxylic acids, were selected and used in the immerse assays of the cotton fabrics under different concn. & temp. conditions to improve the pectin removal results. The pectin removal ratios were detd. The results showed that ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) of the polycarboxylic acid group gave the best results, and r- esulted in over 90% removal when combined with pectinase.
