前处理剂LW的应用研究

Application of the pretreatment agent LW

通过正交试验确定前处理剂LW在退煮漂小浴比一浴法工艺中的最佳工艺条件:(1)纯棉毛巾布,前处理剂LW3.6g/L,双氧水(37%)4g/L,浴温100℃,煮练时间3h;(2)纯棉针织布,前处理剂LW3.3g/L,双氧水(37%)5g/L,浴温97.5℃,煮练时间1h.与同类进口产品TRP-2所整理织物的各项性能比较,结果表明该前处理剂性能优良,应用前景广阔.

The optimal conditions were detd. by orthogonal expts. for short-liquor one-bath pretreatment with pretreatment agent LW. (1) Cotton towels were scoured 3 h at bath temp. 100 ℃ with 3.6 g/L LW and 4 g/L 37% hydrogen peroxide; (2) Cotton knit fabrics were scoured 1 h at bath temp. 97.5 ℃ with 3.3 g/L LW and 5 g/L 37% hydrogen peroxide. The properties of the treated fabrics were compared with those using imported agent TRP-2, and the results showed that LW had excellent performances and broad application fields.
