摘要
对油棕丝进行了硫酸盐法制浆性能的试验。结果表明,在适宜药品用量下,可制得较好性能的硫酸盐浆。其粗浆得率可达55.0%,具有较好的强度性能,纸浆裂断长不低于5.50km,撕裂指数在8.50mN·m2/g以上,耐破指数高于4.50kPa·m2/g,耐折次数高达1112次(180°)。
Kraft pulping of the silk of oil palm was investigated. The results show that kraft pulp with good quality can be made under the suitable dosage of chemicals. The yield of gross pulp was 55.0% with high strength properties, while breaking length was not lower than 5.50km,tearing index was above 8.50 mN.m 2 /g, bursting index of pulp were above 4.50 kPa.m 2 /g and the fold number reached 1112(180 o ).
