摘要
建立了HPLC法测定柳酚咖敏片中盐酸去氧肾上腺素、对乙酰氨基酚、无水咖啡因、水杨酰胺、马来酸溴苯那敏的含量。采用C18柱,以5mmol/L 磷酸氢二钾溶液(pH 3.0)和甲醇为流动相进行线性梯度洗脱,检测波长263nm。各组分的线性关系均良好(r>0.9995),平均回收率(RSD)分别为99.8%(0.66%)、99.6%(0.72%)、99.8%(0.57%)、99.6%(0.53%)和99.7%(0.65%)。
A HPLC method for determination of phenylephrine hydrochloride, paracetamol, caffeine anhydrous,salicylamide and brompheniramine maleate in Liufenkamin tablets was established. A C18 column was used with the mobilephase of 5mmol/L K2HPO4 solution (pH 3.0)-methanol by gradient elution, at the detection wavelength of 263nm. Thecalibration curves of five components were linear (r>0.9995). The average recoveries (RSDs) were 99.8%(0.66%),99.6%(0.72%), 99.8%(0.57%), 99.6%(0.53%) and 99.7%(0.65%), respectively.
