盐酸阿比朵尔中有机溶剂残留量的毛细管GC测定

Determination of Residual Organic Solvents in Arbidol Hydrochloride by Capillary GC

建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定盐酸阿比朵尔中甲醇、丙酮、乙腈、四氯化碳、1,2-二氯乙烷的溶剂残留量。用CP-624毛细管色谱柱,程序升温法。各溶剂的线性关系良好(r>0.998),平均回收率99.5%～100.2%。

A capillary GC method with FID detector for the determination of residual organic solvents methanol,acetone, acetonitrile, tetrachloromethane and 1,2-dichloroethane in arbidol hydrochloride was established. A CP-624capillary column was used with procedural column temperature control. The calibration curves of five solvents were linear(r>0.998). The recoveries were 99.5% - 100.2%.
