石油能源关系到各个产业乃至整个国际民生。随着经济发展,各国对能源的依赖度也随之增强。在我国,石油运输环节是一个较薄弱的环节,国内人士也对这一问题应该如何解决产生了一定的共识。本文就是针对海上石油运输的特点,借鉴国际石油运输联营体的经验,对我国石油运输企业的横向联合问题加以讨论,说明我国海上石油运输企业联合的必要性,并提出联合中应注意的问题。

In our country, petroleum transport link is a weaker link. About this problem, domestic personages also come up with common understanding. This paper aims at the characteristic of sea oil transport, uses the international oil pool for reference and makes an analysis of the alliance of sea oil transport enterprise, in order to explain the necessity of the oil pool and put forward the question that should be paid attention to while uniting.
