高氧水缓解体力疲劳作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究高氧水缓解体力疲劳的作用。方法:昆明种雄性小鼠按体重随机分成2 0ml/kg bw、4 0ml/kg bw、自饮3个剂量组和对照组。小鼠经口灌胃给予高氧水7d后,分别测定小鼠体重,负重游泳时间,血清尿素氮、血乳酸及肝糖原含量。结果:高氧水高剂量组血清尿素氮含量与对照组比较差异有显著性(P <0 . 0 5 ) ;中、高剂量组肝糖原含量明显高于对照组(P <0 . 0 5 ) ;游泳时间虽差异无显著性,但有延长的趋势。结论:高氧水具有缓解体力疲劳的作用。 Objective:To explore the alleviative effect of high-oxygen water on physical fatigueMethods:Kunming grow male mice were divided into four groups:a negative control and three experimental groupsAfter the mice were orally administered high-oxgen water in dosages 20,40 ml/kg·bw and free drinking for 7 days respectively,mice weight,loaded swimming time,serum urea nitrogen,blood lactic acid and glycogen in liver were determinedResults:40 ml/kg·bw high-oxygen water can obviously decreased the content of seurm urea nitrogen (P<005);20,40 ml/kg·bw high-oxygen water can significantly increased hepatic glycogen storage(P<005)The loaded swimming time had the trend of prolongConclusion:High-oxygen water could alleviate physical fatigue
