医护人员营养KAP调查分析 被引量:33

SURVEY AND ANALYSIS OF NUTRITIONAL KNOWLEDGE,ATTITUDE,PRACTICE OF MEDICAL STAFF

摘要 目的:了解医护人员的营养“知识、态度、行为”(KAP)现状,为今后对医护人员进行营养教育提供基础资料。方法:采用问卷调查方法,对成都市某医院医护人员2 6 4人进行营养KAP的现况调查。结果:医护人员营养知识(K)、态度(A)、行为(P)之间存在明显的正相关关系(相关系数r分别为0 . 2 33、0 . 12 7、0 . 4 85 ,P <0 . 0 5 )。营养知识受年龄(r=0 . 2 4 5 ,P =0 . 0 0 0 )、专业(r=0 . 36 5 ,P <0 . 0 1)、学历(r=0 . 315 ,P =0 . 0 0 0 )影响较大,而态度、行为与年龄、职业等因素无关(P >0 .0 5 )。调查对象的营养知识不足,但具有良好的接受营养知识和改变自身行为的态度。结论:非常有必要对医护人员进行营养教育。 Objective:To collect information about nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) of medical staff, which lays a foundation for educating for medical staffMethod:A questionnaire survey about nutritional KAP for 264 medical staff was taken in a hospital in ChengduResults:There existed obviously positive correlation between knowledge,attitude and practice of medical staff [Coefficient(r)=0233,0127,0485,P<005] By analysis of variance and multi-liner regression,knowledge was largely affected by age (r=0245, P=0000),career (r=0365, P<001) and education backgrounds(r=0315, P=0000)On the contrary,attitude and practice hardly had correlation with age and career The nutrition knowledge of medical staff was relatively poor,but they were willing to accept the latest knowledge and change nutrition behaviorsConclusion:It is necessary to provide nutrition education for medical staff
