梅毒孕妇与其配偶梅毒血清学试验的比较

COMPARING THE RESULTS OF TRUST AND TPPA BETWEEN PREGNANT WOMEN INFECTED SYPHILIS AND THEIR SPOUSES

目的:比较梅毒孕妇与其配偶的TRUST和TPPA试验结果。方法:对5 2对梅毒孕妇及其配偶进行TRUST和TPPA检测。结果:配偶中5 9 .6 %(31 / 5 2 )TRUST阴性,5 1 . 9%(2 7/ 5 2 )TPPA阴性。36例TRUST滴度≤1∶4的梅毒孕妇中,9例配偶TRUST阳性,1 3例TPPA阳性;1 6例TRUST滴度≥1∶8的梅毒孕妇中,1 2例配偶TRUST阳性,1 2例TPPA阳性。结论:梅毒孕妇与其配偶梅毒血清学结果不一致率高。TRUST滴度≥1∶8的梅毒孕妇的配偶TRUST、TPPA阳性率比滴度≤1∶4的配偶高。
