摘要
目的:建立荧光分光光度法测定硫酸沙丁胺醇片的含量。方法:样品稀释后,以2 80nm为激发波长,31 0nm为发射波长,狭缝5nm ,荧光分光光度法测定其含量。结果:硫酸沙丁胺醇在2~1 4 0 μg/ml浓度范围呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y =2 3983C +6 5 . 94 6 ,r=0 .9996。平均回收率为99 .2 %(rsd =0 .81 %,n =5 )。结论:本法简便易行、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于硫酸沙丁胺醇片的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a fluorospectrophotometric method for the determination of salbutamol sulfate tablet.Methods:Samples were diluted with water and detected by fluorospectrophotometry at excitation wavelength of 280 nm and emission wavelength of 310 nm.Results:Liner relationship was found in the concentrations of salbutamol sulfate from 2 μg/ml to 140 μg/ml.The correlation coefficient was 09996.The recovery rate was 992%(rsd=081%,n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive and can be used to determine salbutamol sulfate tablet.
