临床路径在心脏手术围术期护理管理中的应用 被引量：23

摘要 临床路径(Clinical Pathway)最早起始于美国20世纪80年代中期,是一种符合成本--效益规律的"管理式照顾"新模式,一般以治疗护理有一定模式可循、容量大、费用高、变异少、治疗效果和住院天数较为明确的疾病或手术为对象[1].旨在控制日益高涨的住院费用,通过缩短患者的住院日,提供兼顾效益--成本的高质量治疗护理.我院于2004年对部分心脏手术患者实施临床路径,目的是在于研究和探讨临床路径在心脏手术患者的可行性和实施效果,现报告如下.
