心理音乐治疗对Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平的影响

Influence of musical therapy on serum PRL of patients with schizophrenia,typeⅡ

目的 探讨Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者接受音乐治疗前后血清催乳素(PRL)的变化及其与临床疗效的关系方法 实验组30 例患者在病区抗精神病药物治疗的同时接受音乐治疗,疗程6 周,音疗前后评定阴性量表(SANS),并用放射免疫法测定音疗前后血清PRL浓度,以30例同型病人及10名健康者作对照。结果 实验组基础PRL水平与对照组及健康者无明显差异;实验组音疗后PRL水平显著升高,且SANS减分显著。结论 音乐治疗可使Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者血PRL水平升高,对阴性症状的改善有明显作用。

Objective To explore the effect of musical therapy on serum PRL and the relationship between the serum PRL level and the clinical effects. Methods Sixty inpatients with schizophrenia,typeⅡ were randomly divided into study group (30 Cases) and control group (30 Cases). The study group was treated with musical therapy in addition to antipsychotic drugs for 6 weeks. The control group only with antipsychotic drugs. All inpatients were rated with SANS and the serum PRL level was measured with RIA before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the serum PRL level among study group, control group and study group. After treatment, the serum PRL level in study group significantly increased( P <0.05)and the score of SANS significantly decreased ( P <0.05).Conclusion Musical therapy may increase the level of serum PRL of patients with schizophrenia type Ⅱ.The serum PRL level is positively related to the clinical efficacy.
