大弹涂鱼消化道内分泌细胞的免疫组织化学研究

Immunohistochemical Studies on Endocrine Cells in the Digestive Tract of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris

应用4种兔抗胃肠激素抗体和SABC免疫组织化学方法,对大弹涂鱼(Boleophthalmuspectinirostris)消化道中的内分泌细胞进行鉴别和定位.结果表明: 5- HT细胞位于食道、贲门胃和直肠;Som细胞集中分布于食道,少量位于贲门胃;PP细胞在幽门胃分布较多,小肠内有少量分布;NPY细胞位于幽门胃和小肠. 4种内分泌细胞的数量分布和形态特征存在一定的差异,本文对其可能的内分泌方式和生理作用进行了讨论.

By using immunohisochemistry method of Strept Avidin-Biotin-Complex,four kinds of antisera raised against rabbit hormones:somatostatin (Som),pancreatic polypeptide (PP),5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) were used to indentify and locate the endocrine cells in the digestive tract of Boleophthalmus pectinirostris.The results showed that the 5-HT -immunoreactive cells located in oesophagus、stomachus carsiacus and rectum;the Som-immunoreactive cells mainly distributed in oesophagus,rarely in stomachus carsiacus,but none in any other parts of the digestive tract;PP-immunoreactive cells located numerously in stamachus pyloricus,rarely in intestine;NPY- immunoreactive cells distributed in stamachus pyloricus and intestine.The morphologic characteristics of the endocrine cells were described.The ways of endocrine and physiological function were discussed.
