摘要
阐述了我国植物新品种保护工作的概况及品种权申请程序,并根据品种权申请及DUS测试中存在的问题提出了提高品种权申请成功率的建议。
In this papor we expatiated the general situation of protecti on for new variety of plants in china and the procedure of application for the r ight of plant variety. Based on the procedure and the problems in DUS test, we b rought forward some suggestions of successful application for the right of new v ariety of plants.
