摘要
介绍了铜钼分离工艺现状,阐述了MX作用机理及其小型试验研究。在德兴铜矿进行的选钼工业试验表明,MX是一种新型高效分散剂,能在粗选段作业完全取代水玻璃及六偏磷酸钠,有效地提高钼的富集比,能大大降低硫化钠及煤油的用量。
The present state of copper and molybdenum separation was introduced.MX functioning mechanism and study on small-scale experiments were expounded.The industrial experiment of molybdenum processing in Dexing Copper Mine shows that MX is a new high-efficiency dispersing agent which can completely replace sodium silicate and calgon in the process of roughing.It raises the concentration ratio of molybdenum and reduces the cost of sodium sulfide and gasoline.
