摘要
针对百花岭选矿厂实施降低碎矿粒度改造工程后入磨粒度组成变细的现状,对磨矿介质的适宜添加尺寸进行了理论计算与分析,并进行了介质尺寸的工业试验,试验结果表明,伴随入磨粒度的降低,适当减小介质尺寸可有效地提高磨矿效率,改善磨矿产品质量。
In accordance with the state that the grain size of grinding materials turn smaller after transforming in Baihualing Concentrator,the suitable size of grinding media was calculated and analyzed theoretically and industrial experiments were done.The result shows that reducing the grinding media size properly can increase the grinding efficiency and improve the quality of grinding products.
