摘要
熔铝时产生的活性氧化铝(γ-Al2O3)因其两性和高价的特点,具有优越的脱硫性能。在双碱法运行时,通过铝的碱式盐—正盐—酸式盐—碱式盐的变化完成脱硫,比钠钙双碱法活性更强,容量更大,更易再生。运行实践证明,铝钙双碱法比钠钙双碱法更顺行。由于铁合金企业有丰富的熔铝灰渣资源,还可使成本降低。
?Al 2O 3 generated during aluminum melting has prior desulfurizing features. When we use double alkali method, we complete the desulfurization by the transformation of acidic salt. It's more active than Na-Ca double alkali method and have more content and easy to be regenerated.It has proved by practice that Al-Ca double alkali method is more direct than Na-Ca double alkali method. It can also reduce the cost, because the ferroalloy company has plenty of melting aluminium ash residue resources.
