摘要
研究了新试剂5(对磺酸基苯偶氮)8羟基喹哪啶(SPHQ)与U(Ⅵ)的显色反应,在pH为7.8的三乙醇胺盐酸缓冲介质中,SPHQ与U(Ⅵ)形成2∶1稳定红色配合物。最大吸收波长位于550nm处,表观摩尔系数为3.07×104L/(mol·cm)。U(Ⅵ)质量浓度在0~1.5mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。铀用TBP萃淋树脂固相萃取柱分离和富集后,用本方法测定环境水样中的微量铀,结果满意。
A new reagent 5-(4-sulfophenylazo)-8-Hydroxylquinadine(SPHQ) is synthesized, and the color reaction of uranium(Ⅵ) with SPHQ is studied. In the medium of buffer solution(pH=7.8), uranium(Ⅵ) reacts with SPHQ to form a stable 1∶2 red complex. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 550 nm and the molar absorptivity is 6.45×10~4 L/(mol·cm). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~1.5 mg/L. The uranium in samples can be enriched and separated by TBP levextrel resin. This method is applied to the determination of trace uranium in water with good results.
