摘要
政治冷漠对中国的政治民主化构成极大危害;导致这一现象的诱因主要有传统政治文化的负面作用,社会政治制度的设计不足,主体参与素质的普遍阙如和经济发展状况的客观影响;切实创建参与文化、有效改善制度环境、努力提高参与素质、大力发展市场经济,应不失为消除政治冷漠的有效途径。
Political-indifference is a serious obstacle of democratization in contemporary China. The reason that lead to political-indifference mainly including hindering from traditional political-culture incomplete system, shortcoming of citizen's quality and underdevelopment in economic.so,the paths that lead to eliminate the political-indifference are culture-rebuilding, Completing-system,improving Citizens' quality and actively developing elonomic.
