贲门癌中转移相关基因MTA1表达的临床病理研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨MTA1的表达与贲门癌浸润转移及临床病理分级之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测60例贲门癌组织和18例癌旁黏膜组织中MTA1的表达。结果贲门癌中MTA1的表达显著高于癌旁黏膜(P=0.001),淋巴结转移组MTA1的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P=0.045),低分化腺癌组MTA1的表达显著高于高、中分化腺癌组(P=0.039)。结论MTA1的表达促进贲门癌的转移且与贲门癌的分级有关;检测MTA1的表达可作为判断贲门癌的恶性程度、转移等生物学行为的参考指标。
