数字信息交流由于其具有全方位、高效率、互动性和个性化以及出现了基于“虚假身份”的交流形式的特点,一方面能使人们获取信息的效率得到极大的提高,另一方面对传统的社会信息交流秩序产生了冲击,并出现了一定程度上的无秩序或混乱状态。建设和完善伦理道德体系、弘扬先进的文化、构建相应的法律体系、继续发展信息技术是克服无秩序状态的有效方法。

Digital communication is characterized by all - round application, high efficiency, interaction, and personalization, as well as the form of communication based on 'virtual identity'. Therefore, on the one hand, digital communication makes it possible for people to acquire information highly efficiently; on the other, it breaks the traditional order of social communication, causing some disorder and confusion. This paper maintains that it is necessary to build up and perfect the moral system that accords with the demands of development of modern society, to carry forward the advanced culture, to work out corresponding laws and regulations concerned, and to continue developing the information technology. It argues that these are the effective measures which can be used to overcome the problems.
