心肌挫伤的诊治体会(附47例报告)

EXPERIENCE IN DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF MYOCARDIAL CONTUSION (47 CASES)
摘要
目的 探讨心肌挫伤的诊断与治疗。方法 回顾性分析1 999年1月～2 0 0 4年3月收治的4 7例心肌挫伤患者的诊断与治疗效果。结果 全组心肌挫伤病例4 7例,占同期胸部闭合性损伤的1 3. 9%(47/338例) ,其中心电图异常35例(74 . 5 %) ,血清心肌酶学检查(CK及CKMB)升高4 2例(89. 4%)。4 7例心肌挫伤病例中治愈4 4例(93 .6 %) ,死亡3例(6 . 4%)。结论 心电图及血清心肌酶检查能够可靠诊断心肌挫伤,心肌挫伤的早期诊治是降低并发症的发生率及死亡率的关键。
