摘要
解决文化冲突是跨国经营企业管理的核心任务,本文简要分析了企业跨国经营中文化冲突产生的主要原因及其不利影响,认为解决跨国经营企业的文化冲突是要做到文化融合,并提出文化融合的两种主要方式:跨文化沟通与文化协同。
It is a key task of transnational operation of enterprises'administration to solve the conflict of culture . By means of the researches into the hit main reasons and adverse effects of the cultural conflict, we can find that solving the cultural conflict of the transnational operation of enterprises is to make sure that culture is merged. There are two kinds of main ways of the culture mergence, which are cross - culture communication and cultural coordination.
